Our Staff

Caronne Care Ltd strongly believe that well trained staff members become more confident and are able to offer a better quality service. All staff members are involved in all aspects and issues relating to their training programme, thus ensuring that their training needs are met.

Our aim is to provide high quality, reliable services that meet the needs of individuals and are effective in enabling service users to remain in their own homes.

All of our care workers are subject to reference checks, including Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

The company’s most valuable assets are the Workers. For this reason, all staff members are involved in the development of service policies, as required, in order for them to have a better understanding of what is expected of them in practice.

Caronne Care is based in Dagenham and operates throughout the whole of Essex and London.

Training

All new employees will attend induction training before they start working independently with service users, which includes some time being trained by a senior care worker on site. It is our policy to continually train and supervise all employees during their employment.
